The conception of the musical project and its realization was carried out hand in hand with Ppicpu. It was a project rich in organizational, musical and pedagogical experiences for the students and teachers of Honduras Rising. The process, from its origin, had a very important social dimension that led us to live experiences and encounters of friendship which greatly enriched each and every one of us.
The trip to Tegucigalpa was an important step for the students towards their stage training outside the geographical area of Taulabé and San José de Comayagua. It was the opportunity to discover their own history with the guided tour of the Museum for National Identity, an emblematic building in the history of Honduras and the place where the concert took place.
The parents’ presence during the trip was the opportunity for them to learn more about the actors who make possible the musical education of their children inside and outside of Taulabé and San José de Comayagua.
Thank you to the entire Ppicpu team for their support and generosity, to the Museum for National Identity for opening its doors to us, to the parents who accompanied us and to all the guests who supported us with their attendance
