On March 14, 2026, the Francophonie Concert was held at the Taulabé Caves, bringing together students from Honduras Rising and PPICPU in a performance full of talent and cultural diversity.
The event was honored by the distinguished presence of Cédric Prieto, Ambassador of France to Honduras; Chloé Rabiet, Cooperation Attaché; Isabelle Diris, Director of the Alliance Française of Tegucigalpa; Denis Membreño, Mayor of Taulabé; Carlos Talavera Williams, Vice President of Honduras Crecimiento; and Junior Cortés, Director of PPICPU, with the support of the French Embassy and the local municipality.
The concert was a true celebration of art as a bridge between cultures, reflecting values such as discipline, perseverance, and cooperation.
As part of the Francophonie celebrations, French film screenings were also held at the Instituto Liberación in Taulabé and at the Casa de la Cultura in Siguatepeque, along with the participation of the Naturana soap-making initiative at Parque La Leona in Tegucigalpa.
