For the holidays, Honduras Rising has proposed to its students classes in embroidery and stitching. The end project is the making of a bag. Even though sewing has disappeared from current teaching, it helps to improve the children’s concentration and gives them practical skills for daily life. In the current situation of confinement, it is an adapted hobby, which allows them to deve new skills and to invest their free time in a useful project.
