School vegetable gardens 

Harvesting radishes, cooking vegetables, the joy of a well-kept garden with a learning of nature and environmentally friendly cultivation.

This program of environmental dimension, creates an ancestral link between school and agriculture. We are convinced that agriculture must be valued among young people who too often associate it with poverty, even though it is a means of earning a living.

This program complements our annual reforestation action carried out in schools.

Main activity of the year: Environment Day

On the occasion of the Environment Day celebrated every year in May, Honduras Growth organizes the planting of trees in schools and aquifer areas of the communities.

It is an opportunity to organize a big party around the sports events and a concert by the students of “Music for All”.
