From August 3 to 8, Honduras Rising promoted its “Trained for the Future” program through a workshop on photovoltaic technologies, designed for 12 Technical Baccalaureate students from Instituto Liberación in Taulabé.

The training combined a virtual theoretical component with an in-person practical session, for a total of 9 hours. The workshop was led by Engineer Roberto Zapata, a Honduras Crecimiento volunteer, who shared his knowledge with the students about the principles and applications of photovoltaic technology.

Through this activity, Honduras Rising aims to give young people access to technical knowledge that complements their education and introduces them to new areas that may be valuable for their professional future..
